There are a lot of noteworthy items on the Tastings seasonal menu, but it's the year-round mac and cheese that keeps diners warm even after the lights at Gillette Stadium have dimmed for the season. Chef Richard Garcia's tangy, cheddar-rich version is creamy without being cloying, but it's the smoke-infused crumb topping that drives us mad. Better yet: Their formidable wine list has compatible red and white wines that make this casual meal extraordinary.
