They say one door opens when another closes, and that has certainly held true with husband-and-wife team Tom and Rozann Buckner. No sooner had L'Epicureo shuttered its Hotel Providence location than the duo announced they'd be taking over the kitchen at the Italo-American club on Broadway (yes, it's open to the public). With the move, the Buckners have gone back to basics--and their culinary roots. Good-bye tasting menus; hello ziti with meatballs and chicken parm. The decor (white tablecloths, maroon chairs) is as lovably old-school as the food.
