Nothing pays homage to an Italian grandmother better than an eponymous pasta shop. Phil DeDucca fills his store with hand-cut pasta so fresh you can cook it in ten seconds flat. The eclectic raviolis--cheese, gorgonzola, vidalia onion--are fit for company, but the simple, hearty meat ravioli with homemade sauce is legendary. FYI: If the smell is too enticing, you can also sit and grab a pizza, sub or a plate of pappardelle.
