If we had $75 to spend on a manicure, we definitely would. But with the economy in a slump, we turn to a place that has always been tried and true to get our nails looking tip-top--for only $12. Manis and pedis are the primary services at Jazzy--with the exception of tanning and a few other basics--and the super-clean stations are manned by a staff that is refreshingly friendly. We walk out completely thrilled with our saucy red nails--and the very minor dent in our bank account.
