People are divided about ginger; they either love it or they hate it. Margaret Lederer's ultra-light candied pecan halves may be just the thing to pull the opposing crowd over to the spice-loving camp. This J&W alum has managed to make a snack that works just as well pre-meal as post and is equally tasty with a cup of coffee or a fragrant cabernet. Unfortunately for us, addictive would not be too strong a word. The treats come in bags and boxes (and in a buttery version with less bite).
