Our favorite desserts tend to bring out the kid in us, and this winner from Bacaro has nostalgia written all over it. By incorporating three of our favorite kid-friendly food groups--chocolate, peanut butter and marshmallow in the oh-so-appropriately named Candy Bar--pastry chef Nicole Parmenter has successfully transported us back in time. Don't get us wrong, though, this sweet treat has decidedly grown-up culinary appeal: The milk chocolate and peanut butter combine to form a decadent mousse while the toasted marshmallow has been spun into ice cream.
