“There are plenty of other fish in the sea” is a common saying, but this educational effort translates the phrase for our kitchens. Sarah Schumann has made it her mission to teach the masses about sustainable seafood practices and choices. She recently launched a dinner series called School of Fish at Hope and Main, teaming up with local chefs to demonstrate how to prepare and cook whole, sustainable fish species at home.
